I just love everything that has to offer Italian cuisine. And
noodles make you happy ... Gnocchi and this too! :-)
These here are delicious and super easy!
They are made without potatoes, which simplifies the preparation extreme.

Ricotta 250g, 180g flour, 40g parmesan cheese, 1 egg, some salt and pepper and knead into a dough ... To finger thick roll and cut into small pieces and flour.
On a floured work surface to spread.

take with a knife in the traditional gnocchi shape.
given each Put on back of a fork, press down with the knife back over it and roll it.
takes some practice and patience, this looks, but then out really well!

give the finished gnocchi in boiling salted water, stir briefly
(so they do not stick to the ground) and wait until they come to the surface
- then they're done.
