Saturday Night

Saturday we all had wonderful visit

of friends.

I'm always pleased,

if the "hut" really is full :-))

I sizzling, fried and cooked, leave to be perfectly

to the evening :-)

There was a three-course menu

and delicious dry red wine.

the table I had covered quite simple.

A little something from forest and field,

one two white roses ..

perfect!

For starters

there was an antipasti plate

with olives, sun dried tomatoes, stuffed peppers, pickled

cheese, cream cheese balls and Basilikumdip.

This oven-warm baguette ... hmmmm.

As a main course

we had pork tenderloin with roasted almonds,

green noodles, broccoli and Bernaise sauce.

The dessert was a compilation from

peach tart, bourbon vanilla and chocolate stick.

We had a very nice evening

with everything that goes with it ..
good discussions, abdominal pain from laughing too much wine and a little something ;-))

And then I have lately

scary received many mails Julius .

Meanwhile, the little heartbreaker
already as heavy and large as our Kimba and twisted his head still all .. ♥

I just love everything that has to offer Italian cuisine. And
noodles make you happy ... Gnocchi and this too! :-)

These here are delicious and super easy!
They are made without potatoes, which simplifies the preparation extreme.

Ricotta 250g, 180g flour, 40g parmesan cheese, 1 egg, some salt and pepper and knead into a dough ... To finger thick roll and cut into small pieces and flour.
On a floured work surface to spread.

take with a knife in the traditional gnocchi shape.
given each Put on back of a fork, press down with the knife back over it and roll it.
takes some practice and patience, this looks, but then out really well!

give the finished gnocchi in boiling salted water, stir briefly
(so they do not stick to the ground) and wait until they come to the surface
- then they're done.

as was your weekend?

So on Saturday I thought yes, here it is ...

... the spring a moving!

sun and mild temperatures .. wonderful!

I actually the whole day out

and I was in gewuselt garden.

smelled hands but unfortunately still missing after earth then ;-))

I have to I guess we have to wait a bit ..

But the grass I cut back and I was pleased to

that the hydrangeas and peonies cast already so great :-)

Otherwise, I've take it easy ..

currently WORKS for work pretty high here

and I feel totally exhausted often.

Better to switch back times a week a gear

limited and focussed on the essentials.
